It’s a luxury model with full double glazing & central heating, front-opening patio doors, a fully fitted kitchen with a great layout, and spacious rooms throughout. Haven has no age policy for the caravans, and operates a 9.5 month season.
The caravan is 38` x 12` and is sited on the Hillside area of the park, which looks over the park and has views over the River Thames. The entertainment area and pools are about ten minutes walk away. There’s a tarmac parking space directly outside, and it's not a noisy location with most of the nearby caravans being privately owned.
The caravan has an open-plan layout in the main living area. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), a gas fire, a large TV shelf with storage cupboards, and a coffee table with 2 stowaway stools. There are a set of front-opening patio doors which can be swung open in the summer, and would be great with a deck. The kitchen is a very good size and it is built around a large dining table. The kitchen comes with a full-size integrated fridge-freezer, a built-in microwave, a gas cooker & hob (with extractor), and a free-standing table with 4 chairs. There are lots of storage cupboards and plenty of work-space. Being open-plan means you aren't away from the family if you're preparing a meal.
The caravan has two large bedrooms (one double and a twin-single). The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan and has lots of floor-space and storage, and comes with an Ottoman style flip-up storage bed, an en-suite toilet, two large double-wardrobes, a large dressing table, bedside cabinets, and overhead lockers. The twin room comes with 2 single beds and its own wardrobe and overhead storage lockers. Finally, there's a family wash-room with a double-shower, toilet and sink.
The caravan is in excellent used condition and is a top-of-the-range model. It originally cost £48,000 new and is for sale at £24,000 including the owner transfer fee, so a great price for someone. The buyer will need to make arrangements with the park to pay the 2020 site fees, which are about £4500 and can be paid via instalments or in one go.
Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.
The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events. Allhallows has no caravan age policy, and the caravan is in great condition so will make its new owners happy for many years.
