Preview of the first image of 1950s VINTAGE PRINTS ROGER BYRNE MANCHESTER UNITED MAN UTD.

Advert Description

Two very rare vintage classic contemporary colour magazine page paper A4 prints of Manchester United capt Roger Byrne in his mid-50s heyday, with, on the reverse, mono images of Jimmy Gauld of Everton and Johnny Haynes of Fulham. Price includes standard p&p!!
These football magazine pages date to the mid-1950s and are in generally good condition, as shown. Would look great framed and properly displayed by a dedicated fan.
Roger Byrne was, of course an England regular and, famously, captain of the Man Utd ‘Busby Babes’. He was tragically killed along with so many other shining lights of British football of the era, in the Munich air crash on 6th February 1958.
On the back are mono images of Jimmy Gauld, classic 1950s journeyman footballer had spells with Charlton and Everton – and Johnny "the Maestro" Haynes. Haynes was England captain, playing in three World Cups, and is widely considered Fulham’s greatest ever player, playing there for 20 years. The first player to be paid £100 a week (let that sink in for a second!), he has a statue at Craven Cottage, of course.
Paypal and non-online payment fine, buyer covers fees if using the former. Standard p&p included in price (entirely at buyer's risk). If you prefer tracked/insured postage add £3.10. Buyer's choice.
