New Delta Sienna (12x36) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Tollerton, a small and friendly caravan park located in beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, near York.
The park has a well stocked fishing lake, large recreation field, children's playground, laundry and barbecue house, and the newly renovated Station Inn pub is located by the park entrance.
Caravans can be used for holidays between 1st March and 3rd January, and there is no caravan age limit rule. The 2021 rent is currently £2,110 due to the temporary reduced VAT rate for the hospitality sector and will go back up to £2,328 when the VAT rate goes back to normal.
The caravan is fitted with double glazing and central heating, and includes an integrated fridge freezer, and also has a bath. It is pictured on the 'showground'. We are currently building some new pitches, and a choice of pitches will be available.
