TALLGIRLS long legged lounge pants/ stretch cotton comfortable trousers/pants with wide leg and deep waistband in size 18. The label states “36”, but the inside leg actually measures 38” from crotch seam to hem.
The very deep waistband means it’s very comfortable, doesn’t cut in, and stays put.
These are vintage 2000s, and immaculate. I often struggle to find trousers with long enough legs, but these turned out to be 3” too long for me and so have stayed unworn in the spare room wardrobe.
A soft plum colour, my camera has made them a lot more purple when actually the colour is best represented in the pics of the labels.
Measurements: (fabric is stretchy)
Waist - 15.5 to 20”/35.5 to 51cm
Waistband depth - 5.5”/13cm - can be worn up or rolled down or folded in half, depending on your shape
Hips - 21 to 24”/53 to 61cm
Leg width at base of crotch (leg opening) - 12.5”/32cm to 15”/38cm
Front rise (waistband seam to crotch seam) - 9.5”/24cm
Back rise - 11.5”/29cm
Inside leg - 38”/96.5cm
Outside leg (waist seam to hem) - 46”/117cm
Width at hem - 12”/30.5cm
Pls see pics for further description, and check measurements against a similar garment that you know fits well. Circumference measurement here are taken with item laid flat, both with some stretch and with no stretching, so please take that into account. It will fit slightly larger sizes. I haven’t stretched it to its maximum. Pls double for actual waist, etc., measurements.
