Brand new ABI Coworth (12x32) two bedroom static holiday caravan for sale on Thirkleby Hall caravan park, located in the grounds of an old stately home, near Thirsk.
The park is very spacious and picturesque, and makes an ideal base for enjoying the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside. Facilities include a fishing lake, football field, playground, woodland, laundry and a small friendly club.
Caravans can be used for holidays between 1st March and 3rd January, there is no caravan age limit rule, and the 2024 annual rent is only £3,300.
The caravan has two bedrooms and is fitted with double glazing and central heating. It is pictured on the showground, and a choice of pitches is available. The inside pictures have been borrowed from the manufacturers web site and show a few small dressing items that are not included. All the big items come with the caravan, except the TV.
