Looking to loan wvtb,suitable for disabled children

Hi,posting for friend.
Looking for a very safe pony upto 15hands for disabled/autistic children. These children have so much love to give. They don't need a stunning show pony,just a pony looking for new friends, be able to sit on for a walk or trot in paddock. Horsey family.
They don't want a pony who is likely to bolt, kick,bite,the children want to be able to love to groom ,kiss,hug and stroke their new friend.
Very special children looking for very special friend ??.

Only want longterm/permanent loan as children would be distraught if owner came to take it back after a year or two,possibly loan to buy.
