Win-Let 200, a battery powered window handling machine. Grabs and lifts up to 200KG, eliminates heavy lifts in an all-in-one electric hydraulic tool.
Allows two persons to fit windows of 2m and more weighing upto 200kgs without further assistance.
The machine is battery powered with an on-board 240v charger - supplied complete with charging lead.
The glazing robot has been used on a self-build to install 20 triple glazed units ranging from 1m square up to 2.7 x 2m, the larger weighing 200kgs each. The machine is light enough and small enough to lift between levels on a pallet with a reach loader and passes easily though doorways between rooms. We have also used on a scaffold tower to install tall windows in vaulted hallway.
Our build required close tolerances (using expanding tape rather than foam) and the machine was invaluable in lifting and positioning the windows accurately so as to install without damage to the aluminium frames.
Full spec from owner's manual - see details in photos.
The machine comes with both maintenance and instruction manuals and charging lead and is in almost unmarked condition with good battery life. Selling second hand in Europe sell for around 4000 euros.
