14.1hh fjord cross.
Bailey is 7 years old, he was bred, broken, and brought on by me so I know him inside and out. He is the most genuine pleasant boy, he is no world beater but you can have a go at anything on this boy and he will bring u home safely. Mainly been a happy hacker, mostly in company, although last year he was hacked quite a few times alone without issue. He has always been well behaved and will try his best. He has done some low level sj, xc, le Trec, showing and riding club events, Loads of pleasure rides and taken him on holiday for last 3 years to north Yorkshire. He is Currently been hacked out and competed by a very nervous 12 year old as I have arthritis in my hips and can no longer ride him. I would say he would be fine for a competent novice rider, he is not strong and always ridden in a snaffle. He is a good weight carrier and is wide so takes up the riders leg. Would make a fab mother/daughter share. He loads himself into a 3.5t and would do the same into a trailer. Good with all traffic, shoe, and clip. He has just been fully clipped. His only vice is he is greedy, and gets very overweight so has to be restricted most of the time. Never been sick or lame, never had laminitis. Pretty much lives out all year, he only comes in on a night if field very muddy. Made to measure saddle available at extra cost if required. Possible trial period if local to the right person. Home more important than price but not willing to give him away.
