This years spring lamb,reared in the hills of cliviger east Lancashire,(not imported from New Zealand and injected with water )the photos are of our actual lambs. a full lamb is approximately 20kilos and half a lamb 10 kilos. Your lamb can be cut up any way you require,we usually have them cut for most common household cuts. So you will receive Leg joints,leg fillet joints,neck chops ,loin shops ,leg steaks ,neck ends for stews and casseroles and shoulder joints which are cut into Halfs so 4 per lamb and Mince, all delivered locally for free,your lamb comes fresh not frozen,straight from our local butcher. It's all vacuum packed ,labelled and ready for you to freeze.
