We are looking to buy a house up to a maximum of £ 80.000.
All areas considered but somewhere rural/semi rural would be ideal. Anywhere close by or within a commutable distance to Wrexham/Oswestry/Shrewsbury/ the A5/M6 or the A49 leading towards Ludlow/Hereford would be equally good. All property's considered but would ideally need to be 2 bedroom or upwards but a 1 bed with water tight outdoor storage would also be ok. A garden or other outdoor space would be great! The property must also have either a multi fuel/log burner/ open fire or solid fuel heating. It would also ideally have off road parking, although outside the house on the road would also be ok.
We would like to complete any purchase asap.
