Hello! I'm a veterinary Nurse who was handed a rabbit from a member of the public as he was found wondering. After 6 weeks of having him, no one came forward. I decided to take him home where I can get to know him and his characteristics. I unfortunately can't have him due to having 5 cats already, one of which would happily eat him given the chance.
The bunny is called Captain Jack. He's roughly 2 years old. He is completely blind due to an unknown reason. One eye had a tumour behind it which has been removed with his eye. However, this does not phase him one bit! He hops about the garden, eats and drinks, toilets in the same area and plays with his toys. He currently lives with 5 cats & a dog.
He will not cost you anything but all I ask is he is well cared for, has daily outdoor exercise, access to a large run or room If wanting to be indoor. A home check will be done but please don't assume it has to be perfect. Im looking for a suitable loving home. He will come with food, straw and hay. Even a hutch if needed! He is just like all the other rabbits, he just happens to be blind.
NO TIME WASTERS.
