The rent is £48 per week, half of the normal weekly rent of £96 per week (you can check online by put Uninest Park Court Lincoln in Google which also shows lots of lovely pictures). The rent is payable is advance (to Uninest who run the site) and this offer is only available until the end of February 2017. The tenancy runs out on 5 August 2017.
Why so cheap? My son ceased his studies at the Uni and I want to at least get some money back.
Why live in Park Court? Well, I would want to live there if I was a student but unfortunately I’m not so I can’t so what else can I say to convince you.
Park Court is about 5 minutes walk from the Uni, is very close to the High Street and a number of pubs and clubs. There are loads of facilities ranging from an onsite laundry to a common room where you can play pool or watch TV. The site is very safe and secure.
The room has is a study bedroom so has a single bed (with plenty of storage underneath), a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, a desk with an swivel office chair, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The room has a TV aerial point, IP TV, lots of plug sockets and both wired and wireless (wi-fi) broadband, which runs at around 50mbs that you can connect up to 4 devices to (or pay little bit extra to connect up to seven devices). It also has a modern en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower, a wash basin and toilet as well as two mirrors. The room has a great view with Lincoln Common in the distance.
The shared kitchen has a microwave, an oven with a hob, fridge and freezer, and an area to eat with your flatmates. The rent is fully inclusive of utilities and also includes contents insurance (covered by Endsleigh).
