Mourning Geckos (Lepidodactylus lugubris) I have some young half grown. Around 10 available all female no need for males as they lay fertile eggs. Best kept groups of 5 or more as they do better depending on vivarium size as well. Kept around 75f, can have a small 15 to 20 watt basking bulb but I find the led lighting bulbs that make the plants grow provide warmth during the day so that’s all I have. There active during the day and night and make a very soft quite Chirping sound when communicating to each other. Very easy to keep and care for.
Feeding on repashy crested gecko diet powder mixed half with water.
Also feeding on fruit flies, pinhead crickets and other small insect.
Kept in a live planted glass vivarium with high humidity being sprayed with water daily. They will lick the water from the leaves and glass drinking it.
When adult there size is averaging about 3.5 to 4 inches in total length, about half of which is tail.
Available Baby size at the moment With tail ranges from 4cm to 5cm.
