This is all I know about this engine. It was built by the owner of the race car I bought. He wanted to build his own engine and although it was quick, it didn't last and ran the mains. We took it with the car and had a look and found the oil pressure valve was filled with gasket compound. That'll do the trick! Too much used throughout the build, but it has all the balanced parts and the block/pistons/head etc look fine. The crank (which looks balanced and wedged) needs a regrind and that's about it. But you have to be the judge. I am selling because I have too many projects and will never get around to putting this together. The picture just shows the head, but everything is pretty much available to put her back together apart from the ancilliaries like alternator and starter. These are cracking little engines when put together properly. First £200 takes the bits away.
