First registered on the 17th September 2011 61, this is a one private registered keeper vehicle with only 29,900 miles and a full franchised Saab dealer service history, finished in Carbon Grey metallic with a Parchment Leather interior .Specification includes the Saab 2.0 litre 160 bhp, 350 newton metre, four cylinder turbo diesel engine, a six speed Automatic gearbox with Active Select steering wheel gear change, the very attractive Saab 18 inch Saab Alloy wheels, ABS, dual zone automatic climate control, Cruise Control, Drivers and front seat passengers front and side air-bags, curtain air-bags, heated front seats, Isofix for child seats, partly electrically adjustable front seats, electrically adjustable door mirrors with powered fold in, front and rear park assist, Saab Audio System, CD player, AM FM radio and Auxiliary inputs for IPod, MP3 device, memory stick etc, Bluetooth mobile phone connectivity, Rain Sensing Wipers, Auto dipping rear view mirrors, Remote central locking, Saab Active Head Restraints SAHR, START STOP button. This car has some nice optional and extra cost specification, this includes; Automatic 6-speed transmission with Active Select steering wheel gear change ?1,350 the 18 inch Carve alloy wheels, Electric Folding Mirrors, Auto dimming exterior mirrors , with the very attractive Carbon Grey metallic paint at ?525. In all a very attractive low mileage new generation 9-5, the new generation 9-5 is an amazingly comfortable car with so much rear leg room that back seat passengers will feel they are riding in a Limousine rather than a normal saloon. Now a lot of New Model 9-5s were produced with a very poor quality half Leather interior, this car has the somewhat superior comfort seats with full Leather seat facings. The boot is huge, you almost need to climb into the boot area to vacuum it out. Personally I prefer the new model 9-5 with the Automatic transmission option, this is a big car and having had both manual and Automatic versions, I prefer cars fitted with the six speed Auto box as a much easier and a more pleasant driving experience. The six speed auto works equally well in either the petrol or diesel versions, of course this car like most modern Automatics has a paddle shift semi-automatic mode, but life is easier if you let the Automatic gearbox do all the work and just enjoy the ride!
