Peugeot Talbot Express 1987 Camper Van for sale

Peugeot Talbot Express Camper Van for sale - Photos to come soon.

£1400 ono - Worth £3500

1987 4 berth van, 2.0L petrol, 5 speed, 104K miles, MOT till April 07, just renewed tax 2 weeks ago, professional Autohomes conversion. It does about 350-400 miles per tank and sits happily on 65-70 mph on the highway.

Front seats swivel 180 degrees for tables and to make a large double bed. A second double bed slides out above. 3 way fridge 2 burner gas stove and grill Gas oven, heater and hot water Electric water pump for sink Shower and chemical toilet 80L water fresh tank Dual battery system New spare tyre All plates, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils are included 2 tables inside A bike and bike rack as well!

Also comes with tool kit, power lead with European Adaptor, all safety break down equipment for Europe, 300W inverter, some European and UK maps, 2 levelling ramps for parking on uneven surfaces, garden hose, Esky cooler, and large toolkit.

We have had this vehicle for 1 month and after a few weekend trips have decided that we would prefer a larger vehicle as we will be travelling and living in the van for over 1 year. Perfect layout with small shower up the back but still masses of space. The layout is very creatively designed.

Would be great for getting around England, Scotland and Wales for weekends and little holidays through winter as it is still really cheap accommodation for holidaying. There is some rust in one of the chassis mounts that will eventually need fixing. It would be perfect if someone has a friend who is a mechanic to fix the chassis problem as this would be cheaper than paying for the labour of a mechanic. Otherwise mechanically good. The reason it is so cheaply priced is due the chassis repair and the quick sale so that we can buy a bigger vehicle.

Photos coming soon.
