She plays Laura, who is thirty-seven and unmarried. He plays Mike, also single. When the pair are introduced at a party, their initial awkward relationship soon blooms into romance. Over the course of four series, Mike and Laura fall for each other, split up and are reunited. It seems this is one romance that`s not destined to run smoothly... Episodes:
Episode One, Series One Married couple Helen and Phil decide Helen`s sister Laura should get married. They throw a party and introduce her to Phil`s friend Mike. But the pair have nothing in common... Episode Two, Series Two Mike realises he has made a mistake letting Laura help him with his gardening business. Episode Six, Series Three With Mike still dead set against the idea of having children, Laura decides the time has come to take desperate action. NETWORK
