It is situated in an ideal position with the pool and spa overlooking orange and lemon groves and beyond that the 18th fairway on the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf course. The south-west facing pool deck is larger than average with tables chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. There is extra screening on the pool doors making the area very private. The pool and spa have the benefit of the sun throughout most of the day. It is not overlooked at the front or rear by other properties, which is not the case with many of the villas.
There is also a games room with football, pool and hockey tables.
A cot with bedding, high chair and buggy are provided free of charge.
Linen, towels and pool towels are also included in the price.
The villa is 10-15 minutes from the Disney attractions depending on traffic.
This is a wonderful villa in a prime location.
