hi there we have a ground floor masionette in portsmouth 2 bed , it comprises of a living room 16ft x 12ft, hallway to kitchen is 22ftx 3.2 ft. kitchen is gulley type cupboards either side of walkway back door leading to back garden 25ftx 16ft and enclosed with a six foot fence. bedroom 1 downstairs is 9ftx 8.4ft.toilet downstairs is 6ftx 4ft. understairs storage cupboard. upstairs we have bathroom at 6ftx 7ft. airing cupboard and bedroom 2 is 12ftx 8ft . what we need though is a three bedroom in southampton for a straight swap or athree bedroom house in portsmouth for a multi if they could downsize to a two bedroom, we would be very grateful as we need extra support from respite career in southampton. plus we are getting married there next year we are close to schools, park southsea common ferry ports, and both towns, doctors vets, etc decor not important
