AUTO SLEEPER CAMPER VAN

I bought is in July last year but unforntualy I suffered a stroke so I have never been able to drive it. As you will note from the new MOT it has not been used since last year. I have all the history of the van including log book and history of the van. You will see from the service history that it had a BRAND new engine and many other new parts fitted by Renault two years ago. A has had new wipers and motor too. Inside it has custom made interior wooden cupboards. Both overhead and underseat storage. It has a new Shur-Flo Water pump for drinking water with water filter and a with seperate tank for hot water for sink and shower.

It has a Paloma Model Water heater fitted with draught diverter and temp control. Power part mains installation.

There is a stainless steel sink and drainer integra cooker grill and two gas burners. There are two three way fridges one with deep freeze compartment. It is fully wired with four speakers in walls for radio and CD player. Two spot lights individual to main lights. I had two reat seat belts fitted making it safe for passengers to travell in back. There is a 110 amp leisure battery under one of the seats.

The two long settees in the rear make very comforable single beds or they will easily make into one large double bed.

The shower room has a cream shower tray a good quality shower stainless steel and cream a sink with back sprash. There is also a porta loo in the shower room new shower curtain. There is a high quality brass rail on wall

It has five good tyres and It was resprayed 14months ago. The van is cream and brown in colour. There is a gas bottle and electric hook up cable.I have all the engineres reports RAC reports service history and users manuel.

The MOT has just expired but I am willing to put a new MOT on to it once I have secured a buyer who leaves me a decent deposit. It has had a pre MOT. I have a good local Garage who knows the van and will make sure it is serviced and ready to go. Thank you Barbara
