The Caravan: Recently refurbished with new bathroom toilet, sink, lighting, wall covering and floor covering. Shower in good working order as is the toilet and sink which are all fully plumbed in. The whole roof was re-sealed in 2006 (reciept available). 1 double bedroom with dressing table, mirror and wardrobe and one twin with over head storage and wardrobe. Galley kitchen with gas oven and smoke detector. The lounge is spacious and the dining area converts into a double bed. There is a gas fire and wall and under cupboard storage units. All seating areas have storage underneath and were re-covered 3 years ago as part of a modernisation project which included new carpet and emulsioned walls throughout. The TV ariel is situated underground which relieves the worry of it becoming weathered. The only thing I need to point out is that the water heater in the kitchen has a very slow drip which I keep a bowl under - this is not unusual for an older caravan and does not affect the operation of the water heater at all. 2 large gas bottles included, these can be purchased from the owner and 1 usually lasts all year depending on how many times you visit. The site does not have a shop or anything on it apart from about 10 caravans in each of the 2 fields, there is also a field reserved for children to play in. Dogs are allowed on the park but must be kept on a lead. It is forbidden to rent out the caravan although friends and family can use it. Included in the sale price are: Steps to both doors, colour TV, small vacuum cleaner, lamp, wall clock. New microwave oven and electric kettle, toaster, Iron, gas cooker with oven and grill, small coffee table and dining table. Two folding chairs for outside, a small portable BBQ and all crockery, cutlery, 8 wine glasses, cups, mugs, glasses, pans, utensils and plates ect. There is no double glazing or central heating but as the park is not open through the winter months this is not necessary. It is a well equipped, clean and cared for caravan with everything you need to start holidaying immediately and for many years to come.
