For over 8 years I have enjoyed a beautiful 2 bedroom villa, in the lovely Spanish, town of Nerja, on the Costa del Sol, with cheap flights offered by several air-lines, it's a very easy place to holiday on a regular basis. The Villa is situated on Urb Tropicana, on the beach road, just outside Nerja, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, with on-site bar, entertainment, Gym, Sauna, pool, Shop, beautiful gardens, easy parking, sky TV, etc, it is a quarter share, with the well established 'Holiday International' enabling you virtually free access throughout the year, you can stay 1 week free of charge, or as many as you like for a very small sum + annual maintenence fee of about 260 euros. Nerja is a typical, unspoilt, Spanish small town, with gorgeous views, fantastic shopping and friendly locals. I love the place, so have now purchased property and would like to swap my villa for a good motor home, which will enable me to see more of the country, now I'm retired. The approx value of the time-share is between £7k and £8k, so the motor-home would ideally be valued around this figure.
