2 BATHROOM, 3 BED SEMI DET CARSHALTON, SURREY
Really lovely house in a pleasant close that has a huge enclosed park with duck/geese pond and waterfall, and further on into the park there is a nice enclosed childrens play area. We are only a few minutes walk to the village shops which includes Somerfields, and also to buses and the train station. We are approx two miles away from Tesco Extra superstore, Asda, Matalan, and other high street shops, and approx 1 mile away from Doctors surgery, dentist, hospital, veterinary surgery which are all on the same road, It is a lovely green leafy area which is close to all amenities. Our house is approx 11 years old and is a semi detached house with it's own car port directly outside the door. It has a small mainly paved garden with it's own back door. The kitchen is large with 3 windows, and the two smaller ones have their own built in fly screens, so that you can safely have the windows open without worrying about insects flying in from the garden. The kitchen has room for a dining table and chairs, and it has a built in fridge freezer, and plenty of built in cupboard space. There are two large double bedrooms, and one very good sized single bedroom, and all bedrooms have built in wardrobes with cupboard space. There is a large wetroom upstairs with a power shower and toilet and sink, and downstairs there is an even larger wetroom with a large bath, a seperate shower, and a toilet, and an electrical bath hoist. This downstairs wetroom leads to the sitting room via a sliding door( due to this we are using the sitting room as our bedroom, as I am a wheelchair user and this is convenient for me). To be considered for this property one member of your household at least would need to be disabled. Although I can accept properties whether or not they are suitable for disabled people, but one thing I MUST have is at least 2 toilets or bathrooms, and this IS NOT negotiable. I would prefer a large bungalow in a countryside or seaside area. but I will consider other properties as long as they have the required 2 OR MORE TOILETS OR BATHROOMS. The areas I would prefer are: Bexhill on Sea, Hastings, St Leonard's, Cooden, Rye, Winchelsea, Battle, Robertsbridge, Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Eastbourne, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, or any areas near to these, but if you have another property that you think I might be interested in please contact me, AS LONG AS IT HAS THE REQUIRED 2 OR MORE TOILETS OR BATHROOMS.
