Classic Carlight Caravan.2 Berth.Good Roadworthy Condition.
Carlight Commander 152.Classic coachbuilt 2 berth caravan.I bought this as a project it requires some very minor work but i have too much on to give it the time it deserves.Early 80`s classic coachbuilt carlight,15foot van.Has 2 burner hob,grill and cooker.3 Way fridge.Carver gas heating,on board water tank with gas heater.Bed can be left as 2 singles or easily slides into a large comfortable double.Large wardrobe and bathroom with sink,shower and portaloo. Stainless steel hob/grill/cooker in full working order.Carver heater in full working order.I have only ever tried the fridge on mains and it works fine on that.Water tank has no leaks and the pump works but i think the pipes need a good clean out.Haven`t figured the hot water system!Interior furnishings are clean and in good condition but the carpet has seen better days,i will throw in enough laminate flooring for the job at the full asking price if you prefer. Brakes work well,bearings good,3 good tyres including the underslung spare.All lights work as they should for towing.Useable as it is but needs the following to get it 100%. Has had one unit removed inside,some surface rust to A frame,would benefit from a sand down and repaint.I don`t have a key for the door so needs a new lock unit.Has signs of some water ingress at some point,but it has long since been cured with only cosmetic damage.Has mains and 12v but no battery.Will post some photos asap.I`ve seen these sell for up to £1500 in this kind of condition but i just don`t have the time and would like to see it go to an enthusiast.
