SOLD pending payment montgomery hall ,basement, lights.
this is an impressive house its very big,i bought it flat packed from dolls house epurium, please note the contents are NOT included in this price but are avalible seperatly. the bricks on the house have been put on 1 by 1,the flowers on the front have little birds on them, all the items that are fixed to the walls i.e pictures etc are with the house but no furniture or people. every room lights up and looks lovely the strip and transformer is with the house for you to see its lights work. i can only add 1 pic on this site but i can send lots if you want to email me, the rooms are a good size this is a lovely house where it can stay in the family for yrs to come and add your own touch . this house is very impressive its about 4ft tall, if you only have room for 1 house then this is it at a bargin price. the only reason im letting it go is cause my daughter wants a parrot so im having to sell off some of my collection. due to size this is for collection only. if intrested with all items in pics then the price will be £350 and thats still a bargin with the amount i have in there theres working fires and the dinning room has light up candles on the table,theres a plug socket under the table if you ever want to move them. i`ll let the pics speek for themselves. this will be the last house i sell so grab a bargin. i will accept payments on this house and to be collected on last payment if this helps any 1 out. please feel free to email me any questions.
