VW T4 2000 xreg 107,000miles 2009 camper conversion
Excellent condition Long wheel base caravelle with the more powerfull 102bhp 2.5tdi engine. Camper conversion carried out earlier this year. Recent service, tax and MOT.the van has s/h and only 107k with 3 previous owners. the alloys are brand new 17" golf gti wheels with new toyo proxy tyres. The van has been lowered 55mm which sits very nicely on the 17" wheels. The tints are limo black and were fitted by 21st century in Poole. The van has been insulated throughout, which is very affective of keeping in the warmth during winter and reflecting heat during summer. The kitchen unit comprises of a smev twin hob/sink, 12v compressor fridge, and a propex heater. These are all built into a custom designed cube that is situated behind the drivers seat to allow for a full width bluebird rock and roll bed. there is an LED light strip above the kitchen area and two halogen spots above the bed/seating area. The zig unit is wired up to a 90amp leisure battery which can either be charged via the engine during drive or when hooked up via the 240v hook up. The propex heater works very effectively with a thermostat to allow for easy control of the temperature. In the front of the cab there are two bucket seats with the passengers seat fitted to a swivel base. There is a cd player and controls for the rear heating/cooling system. This particular model has a rear lift tailgate and twin sliding doors which is a rarity for a T4 caravelle. I have only used the van several times on trips to kimeridge and swanage so only a few miles have been covered this year. Unfortunately I have to sell the van to fund moving house!
