Description

Exterior

The boat is of traditional design with ample seating area. The front foredeck gives access to a Padlocked Gas locker that has 2 x 13kg Calor tanks and surplus room for storage of other items. 2 bench seats either side of the foredeck give comfortable seating for up to four people, with additional storage under one whilst the other is a 100L diesel fuel tank for the boats stove. The boats water tank is under the foredeck with easy access a capacity of 200L. Glazed doors lead from the foredeck to the main cabin. She is currently painted Red and Green.

Interior

Main Cabin

The main cabin is spacious with an open plan living area and galley. The cabin has been lined with light hardwood toung and groove paneling above the deck line with cream ceiling panels. The floor is also solid wood and has recently been painted cream. There is a comfortable 2 seater sofa that can be used as an extra bed and TV point, chest of drawers and storage under the front step. The cabin is heated by electric radiators for the chilly winter nights. The lighting is supplied by warm 12v wall lights and overhead lights and also electric 240v lights.

Galley

The Galley has a nice layout with cooker and L shaped cupboard layout and has recently been refurbished with new fixtures and fittings. The new cooker has 4 rings with oven and grill. There are 3 cupboards with inset round stainless steel sink and Chrome tap. The new 12/240v under the counter Fridge/Freezer has a Danfoss compressor that is extremely efficient. Immediately above the cooker and worktop is a strip of tiling. The Galley leads out towards the rear of the boat with a corridor with storage wardrobe on one side and the toilet/ shower area on the other.

Toilet/ Shower

The Toilet/ Shower room has again recently been refitted with new Sanitary ware and tiles. The toilet is pump out type that is flushable and has a 200L holding tank. There is a small sink with tap that extends up to become the shower. The hot water for the bathroom and Galley is supplied by an Gas instant hot water heater.

Double Bunks

The double bunk sits discretely between the shower room and engine room. Two single bunks either side of the boat with new upholstery.

I let the boat as strictly non-smoking

A deposit is required at the time of booking (this is returnable by post at the end of your stay subject to non-damage) This is in addition to your holiday payment - payable by cash upon arrival of your stay.

Please note that the boat should be left clean and tidy upon leaving.
