You are buying the hub as shown in the above picture. Some of the silent features are as follows:
* Nickel plated for corrosion resistance and longer life (Please note these are nickel plated and NOT zinc plated-all zinc plated ones are the one which comes in gold color-as most of the other hubs are being sold on internet).
* Greatly simplifies the removal of steering whells to allow more access to the car race seat.
* Lightweight Quick Release Hub made of 6061 grade of aluminum!
* Spring mounted release button operation for quick removal.
* Steel hex Adapter to suit the Quick Release Hub
Besides being one of the greatest anti-theft device for any race car, kit car, off-road buggy , go ?kart etc, The quick release steering wheel hub allows the steering wheel to be removed in seconds by simply pushing the spring loaded button and lifting the steering wheel completely off the steering column.
The hub comes completely assembled and ready to go!
Its a universal fit to any standard 3/4" inch diameter steering shaft.
The Inside Diameter on the shaft end is 0.75 inch (3/4"). and the OD. on the steering wheel end is 0.982 inch.
