home made out of marine ply, 1 year old, some wear but in general good condition, just needs painting etc. 2 windows. dismantles into around 10 pieces + you will need a ladder to get roof off. It cost £460 to buy materials and build, but because it will take a bit of effort for the buyer to dismantle etc it is going for a very cheap price.
