A real piece of recent history, a must have for any Naval collector. This magazine charts the rise of Naval air power from the Swordfish torpedo-bomber, through to the Albacore, Barracuda, Skua, Fulmar and Martlet. To the Seafire adapted from the spitfire and the Sea-Hurricane, along with the men that flew them. Also details of the eyes of the Fleet the Walrus sea plane, known as the Frigates of the air as they were the eyes of the Fleet. Including the Battle of Narvik, the triumph at Taranto and the destruction of the Bismark. Along with the roof over the convoy in the Atlantic, Barents Sea and the Mediterranean.
