Farm/Smallholding south of england

Hi we are an Animal Rescue Charity and desperatly need to expand we are looking for acreage as we have over 250 animals that we need to build homes for.
We have rescue ponies, pigs, sheep chickens ducks birds tortoises terrapins dogs hamsters rabbitts etc and our home is now to small as we would like to expand.
We need 5 acres in the south of England and a modest house, we can take on properties in need if modernisation or AOC properties
