This beautiful elegant duchess ivory satin Benjamin Roberts Wedding Dress is a size 14, although I was only a size 12 at the time; has long sleeves, a sweet heart neckline and is detailed with lots of pearls, lace and hand sewn embroidery as can be seen on the photographs included.
I have many other photographs which you may request to see.
The dress has a scapolled lace edge around the skirt and a 5 - 6 foot train (estimated) which is also very detailed with pearls and lace too.
The back of the dress has a short zip and from the neckline to the waist has covered buttons with elegant loops for closure.
At the time of purchase the dress cost £750; the full length plain scalloped edged veil cost £50; the bridal duchess ivory satin bag cost £25 and the head dress which incorporates a diamonte tiara and artifical flowers cost £75.
Also included along with the dress is a special wedding dress hanger and cover which keeps out artifical light.
At the time of my wedding, I received many comments about how beautiful this dress was and that it could be used in the future for christening gowns.
Only slight alterations were made to the waistline and sides of the bodice, which can be easily let out, if required.
The dress requires dry cleaning as slight soiling is on the train due to photographs being taken in a local country garden estate.
The netting on the front and back of the dress bodice could be removed by a professional dress maker to create a more evident sweet heart neckline and low back to the waistline.
Also available as extras are a pair of size 6 plain ivory Meadows Bridal shoes which cost £35 when purchased new and which were cleaned after use.
For the shoes I am asking £12.
