This is a genuine part in original unopened polythene packet part No. 980/46503 what more can I say about it. In case JCB do a lot of pins this one is about 7 inches long a metal ring handle at the top a clevis clip pin in a hole at the bottom about 3/4 inch diameter. You either know what it is or not.
