Advert Description

An Edwardian house that is just too big for me as the kids have all flown the coop and I'm left rattling around a five bedroom three storey house. It is less than 10 minutes walk to four (several Blue Flag) beaches, golf course, Town centre, Swimming pool, Playground, Supermarket and many many shops.
Parking is free as we own the terrace (the Owners are a friendly lot) so you can park around twenty cars in the lane and there is a Station car park very near too.
The house was built between 1900 and 1910 but is full of period features and modern stuff, e.g. new boiler a year ago, solar panels fitted 18 months ago. Double glazing through most of the house and maintenance is minimal.
There are excellent Primary, Secondary Schools within a 15 minute walk and free buses to Further Education.
For the clever property buyers who use the internet to compare prices sold in the street etc just be aware that sometimes they are Bank repossessions which are why some go cheaply.
I'm only selling as it is a waste of a grand old house for one person as I would live here for ever more as this location is one of the best places to live in Tenby. It is a no through road so we have minimal foot traffic and even less road traffic. I am prepared to negotiate a bit on the price by removing the solar panels but am not in a particular hurry to sell so please do not try making silly offers as they will be rejected. The house is worth the purchase price and I look forward to any enquiries that you would like to make and showing you around. Please feel free to ask any questions either about the house or the area.
