An Edwardian house that is just too big for me as the kids have all flown the coop and I'm left rattling around a five bedroom three storey house. For the clever property buyers who use the internet to compare prices sold in the street etc just be aware that sometimes they are Bank repossessions which are why some go cheaply.
I'm only selling as it is a waste of a grand old house for one person as I would live here for ever more as this location is one of the best places to live in Tenby. It is a no through road so we have minimal foot traffic and even less road traffic.
