Massively useful vet handbook by well-know vet Colin Vogel.
Has very clear diagrams and info, with chapters on all the different systems (respiratory, nervous, digestive, etc) along with instructions for dealing with each condition/ problem/ injury. Also has a section on Pasture Management.
I bought this new for £9.99, so grab a bargain. Aside from me having neatly highlighted 4 sentences and one heading in the Respiratory System chapter (pls see photos) all pages are crisp, clean and unmarked. The spine is still unbroken, so I had to use other books to keep the pages open to take photos because no book will open and lay flat unless the spine has been broken (or very specialised binding has been used on very high-end books) and it kept springing closed before I could take the shot!
Have a feeling I used the Respiratory chapter for referencing in the dreaded VO2 Max essay :)
Clearing out a lot of my eq.sports science degree books, and my BHS books, so if you've on a course and have realised, like I did, that the only way to get really good marks for coursework essays is to cram as many references in from as many different sources as poss, and that the books you want never seem to be in the library, feel free to msg me if you're after any specific titles. I might well have a cooy, and am happy to do reduced price bundles on multiple purchases.
Please see the photos for a fuller visual description. Any questions, just ask :)
Happy to post, with payment by PayPal or direct bank transfer, or cash on collection equally welcomed. We’re halfway between Peterborough and Huntingdon in NE Cambs.
More than happy to put extra purchases into same parcel to reduce over-all postage/ delivery costs, so feel free to check out my vast array of other items on here, using the "View All Nicci’s Ads” link on this page.
Having a massive clear-out of a diverse range of stuff, including science degree and BHS level equestrian books, arts degree drama books, antique books and maps, ladies and gents clothing and footwear, horsey kit, tack, various collectables, jewellery, kitchenalia, antiques, bags, more books, furniture, curtains, cushions, an old feather bolster, lamps, comics, stationery and tech stuff, leather goods.....honestly, I seem to have accumulated more stuff than I can comfortably house, and as we’re planning on downsizing in the not so distant future, I really do have to start reducing my many and varied collections!
Multiple purchases will naturally be more likely to get offers accepted where applicable, obvs :)
Thanks for reading my ad, and I hope to hear from you soon!
