Silver is available for full loan for the right home, on an agreement for two years. Would ideally like him to stay where he is as he is very settled, but can potentially move provided it is local. He is good to groom, catch, and good for the farrier, he does load onto a trailer nicely but hasn’t done so in a while. He is a responsive, easy ride, bends lovely around your leg, never sharp or strong, walk trot and canters nicely. Silver also loves jumping! (But I don’t really jump, so haven’t done much with him - he jumps anything out infront if him though) He can be a bit nervous, and takes his confidence from his rider so not for a novice. He isn’t spooky, he just likes to look at things, has never bolted, bucked, or spun around. He is very much a one person pony and knows who his mummy is, he calls out when he hears your voice and always happy to see you. He’s an absolute diamond of pony, and has a very trying attitude. So very easy to teach him new things! He is good to hack out, will go first or last with no problems. Can get nervous in heavy traffic, so again needs a confident rider for reassurance.
He would be fantastic for a confident teen/small adult, would be really good at local shows - dressage or jumping or xc
**SILVER HAS REARED**
Although he is good as gold in the school, Silve does rear when being ridden out. It’s never nasty, but he is nappy and wants to get back to the herd. This can be pushed through with the right rider, and he does then stop as he knows he can’t get away with it. He has been ridden by a confident teen and he showed no problems with it, just seems to be when he has a nervous rider on his back!
