This is a lovely example of a rare and much sought after En-30. This is all solid woods, please do not confuse this with cheapo G series or Jasmine budget range instruments. Made in Japan by top guitar builders. C’der top Mahog neck, back and sides,R’wood fretboard and bridge, bone nut and split saddles. This has the slot head, and a wider neck / string spacing and is a finger pickers dream. Fitted with the fantastic industry standard Graph-Ex preamp she sound massive through a PA,with a wonderful sound also unplugged. I bought this off the original owner, who has cherished the guitar, and has not played it in resent years hence the sale. I have cleaned the neck frets and polished the guitar, which is very clean except for a couple of marks to the C’der top. New D’Addario 80/20 bronze 11/52 Custom light gauge strings just fitted, and she sings. Action is very low under 3mm at the 12th fret, and it plays with ease all the way up the neck. The bone split saddled show plenty above the R’wood bridge for lowering if so desired. Comes with the original Takamine En-30 stamped brown fur lined case also in great condition. Case has both keys still in poly bag, the Hirade Takamine cloth,a strap which may have been supplied with the guitar also. There is even the warranty card, which has never been filled out :) I encourage try outs on the lovely vintage Takamine which now 30 years old unbelievably, I have a PA and a cup of tea at hand. Please examine the pictures, and I am happy to answer any questions.
