This is a special edition 2003 Avondale caravan.
Unfortunately a pre-purchase inspection by a potential buyer has revealed the caravan does have damp, not surprising considering it's age but I was unaware as I do not own a damp meter. The firm who carried out the inspection consider the cost of repair to be around £1000 - £1500. Consequently the price is reduced to reflect this to £2500. I do not wish to have to store the caravan over winter and therefore am open to any reasonable offers.
Putting this issue aside the caravan is in very good condition externally and the interior is excellent particularly in view of its age.
Selling only due to lack of use as children now grown up.
Roof professionally replaced completely in 2015 due to damage caused by severe hail storm.
Sought after layout comprises, dinette areas at each end, centre kitchen and opposite washroom. I found this layout particularly suitable for families however it can also be used as a fixed bed option at one end and still have a spacious sitting area at the other.
Lovely condition seating cushions in an attractive plush fabric and pattern in a green and cream colourway. Matching green curtains and scatter cushions.
Front seating converts to full double or two single beds.
