Atlas Lakeland 4 berth sleeps 6 on Glan Aber residential park Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog. The caravan is 26' x 10' in excellent condition with wooden decking supported by a solid steel frame, pretty much everything is included, full sized gas cooker, T.V. microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, lamps, sun lounger, patio table and chairs and I'll even include Henry Hoover, have also just put all new curtains in the lounge area. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and twin beds in the other, both rooms have ample storage space, the hot water and gas fire runs on LPG gas bottles. There is ample storage/cupboard space inside the caravan and outside where there is an undercover area at the rear and a storage shed, also slabbed parking area at side of caravan with grass area and very small garden.
The site itself homes around 54 caravans and is quiet and well maintained and because it's residential you get to know everyone who are all very friendly so not too often caravans come up for sale here, it is also dog friendly although we do not own a dog, we are selling purely to move to a larger caravan on the same site to accommodate family, such a lovely place to be nothing not to like, have spent more time down here than at home, lovely in the morning having your cuppa on the decking, the sun is there from morning until late afternoon then you can move your sunbed onto your grass area to enjoy another couple of hours.
The area is beautiful with breathtaking views and walks and 5 minutes walk to the beach Black Rock Sands which is 3 miles long, Porthmadog has been the hottest place in the country this summer so some lovely days on the beach, the Glan Aber pub next door to us selling very good food at reasonable prices, curry night on a Friday plus full menu and carvery on a Sunday plus full menu, there is also a fish and chip shop and local store so everything you need around you, there is an 18 hole golf course within walking distance and it's just a few minutes drive into Porthmadog where there is Wilko, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sports Direct and Millets, and plenty of shops in the high street, there is also a pretty harbour and the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway, Portmeirion is only a 10 minute drive an Italian style village made famous by Patrick Mcgoon The Prisioner.
The site is open 7th March to 7th Nov site fees for 2017/2018 were £2,794.40 inc vat and can be paid half in Nov and half in Mar and are paid until the end of October and rates £261.57 but are paid until April 2019, these are the cheapest service charges around the area most other sites just for site fees are £6,000 plus, now is a good time to buy to finish this year and be ready for the next season, please contact myself if you would like to arrange a viewing.
