Lemons is a female, approximately 5 years old and is not tame.
We adopted her into our flock in July 2018 in the hopes that she would help one of my lovesick males, however unfortunately she is attacking my other diabled female and one of the single males.
She belongs in an indoor aviary with several other lovebirds or in a home with at least one other single lovebird that she could possibly pair up with. If you have another female, she cannot be in the same cage (as with all female lovebirds).
She deserves a home that will let her out for several hours a day and let her fly around and give her lots of attention, respect her fear and patience. If your expectation is to have a tame lovebird- she is not for you. However, a lot of patience and the correct training might change that over time.
She is in perfect health and doesn't bite. She has a very sweet nature, but is a typical lovebird when confronted with another female lovebird.
