Set of 6 spoon rests

I believe these to be a Vintage set of six Spoon Rests.
Please let me know if they have another use.
They are silver in colour but made of brass, as the brass is showing through in places.
I can't see any makers name.
They look to be quite unusual.
I might represent figs, a fruit or a vegetable.
They would benefit from a polish or clean.
