Advert Description

Magpie duck eggs available now from excellently marked birds made up of a blue Magpie drake over four females. The females are one blue, one lavender and two chocolate. These colours are rare variations on the traditional black and white staple. This breed of duck is on the rare breed watch list so why not hatch some out and help promote this unique breed which make excellent pets. They lay between 220–290 large white or green eggs annually. They are a hardy variety, active foragers and do very well free range which mine are with access to a pond. They make hilarious characters and are a great addition to any flock, plus the large eggs are delicious. I have included a couple of pictures of some of the ducklings I have hatched out. My incubator is full at the minute so I'm allowing some eggs to go to anyone interested in hatching some of their own. £2.00 each, delivery available
