This is a 2.1 acre farm house and dairy barn. The house needs renovation but is water proof and solid and can be camped in temporarily. Water and electricity are connected.

It is also apple and pear country other wise the place is over loaded with black berries, chestnuts, other nuts, and other wild fruits.
