British commemorative 50p coin
Jersey's coinage is not legal tender in the rest of the UK, but the lower mintage figures of the island’s coins compared to the UK makes them particularly scarce and collectable.
Jersey’s coin mintage are significantly lower because of their smaller population, they have a population of only 100,000.
The Bailiwick of Jersey 50p has the pre-1997 specifications so is bigger than the usual 50ps you now see in your change, making this coin a part of Jersey’s and the UK’s history and a perfect addition to any collection.
The coin has been circulated and it is in very good condition from sealed bank bag. Very low mintage makes it extremely rare, get it before it is gone.
It may complete your own collection or great for start collecting 50p coins. It may have slight marks due to clashing with other coins whilst in the bag.
Please look at the photos. If you need more photos do not hesitate. I guarantee it is in good condition. I have checked it very carefully before listing. I do not offer low quality coins.
ALL coins on my photos are real and authentic!!!
