He is the most docile snake we’ve ever had, he’s calm, easy to handle, and a bit shy at first but will come out a couple of minutes after being handled. You’ll know when he is shy because he forms this adorable ball and tries to hide his head.
He is healthy, beautiful, and very curious. We have been feeding him medium mice, but it won’t eat until he feels comfortable in his new cage so you might have to wait a bit. Also royal pythons are supposed to be very picky eaters. A heating matt is much more suited for him rather than a heat lamp, because he loves sleeping underneath his bedding or be sheltered. Also make sure that your cage is properly closed because if there is a way out, he will find it.
Finally, the reason why his breed is more expensive than normal royal pythons is because, if paired with another Het Albino they have a much higher change to produce albino hatchlings.
