1920s/30s Bexhill Colonnade poster W H Dyer

Original 1920's or 1930's Bexhill Colonnade poster for "Lilian Rushworth and W H Dyer". It doesn't show the year but my researches indicate that it is almost certainly 1920's or 1930's. It measures approximately 20 inches x 12 1/4 inches (about 51cm x 31cm) .It has
age wear with fold creases, creases, 2 small tears on edge of folds, light marks.
