The site is in a rural setting 2 miles from the nearest town, Garstang. The site has a 12 month licence.
It has a large full width lounge with feature fireplace, patio doors on one side of the fireplace opening onto a balcony over the lake with a large full height window on the other side.
The dining room opens off the lounge and has a door into the large fitted kitchen.
The cooker, dishwasher, washer and large fridge freezer are all integrated. The cooker has a gas hob and electric oven.
There is a hall with the dining room door on one side and a door into a smaller hallway giving access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Both bedrooms are doubles and they both have fitted wardrobes with extra top boxes over the beds.
The master has an ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet and the main bathroom has a large corner bath, toilet and washbasin.
The baxi gas boiler is only two years old.
Gas is piped into the house from large tanks elsewhere on the site.
The garden is a decent size with a hedge, lawn, pots and a rose bed which is on the edge of the lake.
There is a private parking space on the other side of the lodge.
The site is gated and has cctv. During the pandemic I have felt safer here than anywhere else.
