Brand new item A twelfth scale House/Pub. Constructed of MDF and various woods comes complete with a collection of hand made benches and tables to create your own pub garden.
The floors are wood not a transfer or piece of paper the stair cases and ladder are hand made to suit the quaint fashion of the building.
I have included three Tables and six benches so you can create a Pub Garden and there is also a swinging seat.
it will be the buyers responsibility to collect this item.
