We ONLY rehome within the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area.
Tilly is an attractive pony mare with lots of presence and nice
paces. She is about 5 years old, is unbroken but well handled.
She can be nervous until she knows you and requires a calm, patient approach. She likes people and is very kind, friendly and good natured, however is like a minature Thoroughbred, very quick and highly strung, she will never be suitable for anything other than handling by experienced people, and is too sharp for young children to lead/handle. Please bear this in mind before applying to rehome her.
She is available on permanent loan. Tilly has lived out 24/7 in a small mixed herd with us, and we are looking for a home where she will be able to continue with this lifestyle, though she would be OK to come in at night in winter for short periods if her field mates were also coming in. She gets on well with all other horses.
We are a small rescue and rehoming Charity, based in Scarborough. She is fully vaccinated and up to date with teeth, feet and worming.
