Advert Description
The stables have easy access from the A70 and have ample parking. The building is of wood and there are 5 stables / loose boxes together with a tack room. Water is available in the tack room and in the loose boxes. The field is very close to the stables and I guess it's about 2 acres in size. There is no electricity in the Stables however there is electricity on site which could be accessed subiect to certain conditions. The first two months would be rent free as there is some work to do to make good the tack room and to maintain the fence round the field to ensure the animals can not escape.
